Events for Pastors

The CRCNA offers a variety of orientation programs to provide welcome to new pastors and leaders interested in affiliating with the CRCNA:

• KIM (Korean Institute in Ministry) — a Korean language intensive nine-day seminar held in western Michigan each May. 2015 event overview
• ELIM (Ethnic Leaders in Ministry) — an English language program where ethnic minority pastors are in the majority.  It is an eight-day seminary, held in western Michigan each fall, patterned after the KIM program. 2019 event overview
• SLIM (Spanish Language Institute in Ministry) — a Spanish language program, with a curriculum that can be modified for a variety of settings. It covers the same material presented in ELIM and KIM, but in a less intensive fashion, so it can be completed in six 2-3 hour sessions, or 2 full days. Presentation of SLIM is coordinated through the Consejo Latino. 

Each of these programs is coordinated by Resonate Global Mission and the Candidacy Committee.
