Thrive underwrites most of the expenses. The registration fee is $250 (US/CAD), early bird rate is $225 until August 15. This fee covers two hotel nights and most of your meals - beginning with supper on Tuesday and ending with lunch on Thursday. You’ll be on your own for supper on Wednesday.
Registration is limited to 200 so don’t delay! Register and pay online by September 30. If cancellation is necessary, your registration fee is refundable until October 2nd.
