Location of 2025 Gathering
In 2025 this gathering was held at one of Canada’s most spectacular natural wonders - Niagara Falls. During time at the conference, pastors had the opportunity to explore the area.
The event was held October 27-29, 2025 at the Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Conference check-in was on Monday at noon, the conference started at 1 p.m. and will concluded at noon on Wednesday. The schedule is available below (subject to change).
Tuesday afternoon and evening pastors had a wonderful opportunity to explore and experience - on their own or in groups - the beauty, shopping, and adventure of Niagara Falls. The hotel is surrounded by fine restaurants and attractions in the Fallsview Tourist District, and conveniently connected to the Incline Railway which provides a fast and convenient link between the hotel and the waterfalls. After an afternoon of exploring, retreat back to your suite and enjoy the nightly illumination of Niagara Falls. Supper was on their own at their choice of the many local restaurants.

Sean Nemecek
Speaker, Clergy coach, and Author
Sean is the Executive Director for Pastor-in-Residence Ministries and author of The
Weary Leader’s Guide to Burnout*. A graduate of Grand Rapids Theological Seminary (M.Div.) he served as a local church pastor for 18 years. He serves as both a spiritual director and ministry coach — specializing in coaching people through burnout and helping organizations develop an anti-burnout culture. He is all about helping people feel seen, heard, and known in the welcoming presence of our loving God. In his spare time Sean enjoys gardening with his wife, Amy. He also enjoys learning, cooking, woodturning, and cheering for the Chicago Cubs.
