The ministries of the CRCNA in the U.S. are governed by two corporations:  the CRCNA U.S. Corporation and the ReFrame Ministries U.S. Corporation. 

These corporations meet three times a year and are composed of representatives from each of the regional classes of the CRCNA. The current CRCNA U.S. Corporation members are:

These members are also members of the CRCNA Council of Delegates which governs the denomination ecclesiastically when synod is not in session and also coordinates and integrates the work of the Canadian and U.S. corporations.
