Ecumenism is about Christian unity and cooperation. As a denomination, we value this unity and look for ways to embrace it and work cooperatively with brothers and sisters in Christ around the world. We believe that the unity of the church reflects the unity Christians share as a gift from God. We also believe that as we draw closer to Christ, we draw closer to each other. Intrachurch activities celebrate this gift of the Holy spirit.
Because of this commitment and value, the CRCNA has formal relationships with many Christian denominations. We are also members of several ecumenical organizations.
