Back to God Ministry will be debuting a series of new Kids Corner episodes beginning on Oct. 20. The first program is titled In the Beginning and the science fair.

Geared for children age 6-12, Kids Corner is a weekly half-hour radio program and website “that seeks to teach in a contemporary way, the wisdom and the truth of God to the issues and challenges that affect a child's life,” says the Kids Corner website.

Through audio drama and web resources, children are not only entertained, but are helped to develop an interest in the Bible and in becoming followers of Jesus.

“At Kids Corner, we hope that you are enjoying our weekly episodes of Bible lessons wrapped in fun adventures,” says Ron VandenBurg,  senior producer of Children's Ministry for BTGMI.

The new series, he says, will feature a “family discussion guide and a family devotional…”

Kids Corner is produced by ReFrame Media, the English language ministry of Back to God Ministries International.

The program features "Lizard-like" character Liz and his friends who share adventures and sometimes make bad decisions.

“But they are guided to biblical principles by their parents and their favorite neighbors Grandpa Anole and Granny Gecko. These stories entertain and help children make godly choices, trust God, and love and serve others,” says the website.

Following the new kickoff episode on the week of Oct. 20-27, there will be:

  • Nov. 1 - Servants, knights, lords and ladies.
  • Nov. 8 - How are people blessed?
  • Nov. 15 - Old Time radio and super heroes.
  • Nov. 22 - A wedding in Terrene?
  • Nov. 29 - Are you too young to receive God's call?
  • Dec. 6 - Liz faces his greatest fear!
