Errata Sheet (Yearbook 2021, pages 6 and 7)

Please note:
The Yearbook 2021 had errors on pages 6 and 7 in which the wrong person was listed as director of Chaplaincy and Care Ministry. The mistake has been corrected in the electronic version (available at Faith Alive Christian Resources).

If you have a print copy of Yearbook 2021, we encourage you to insert the corrected pages 6 and 7.

Please print and cut out the copy available here and then tape or paste it into your library copy.
