The Gothic revival-style church has been home to the congregation of the Rehoboth Faith Fellowship Christian Reformed Church since 1958. But, its history goes back much farther. The Jepson Street church, built in 1916 at a cost of $16,000, was originally the First Baptist Church of Niagara Falls. As the congregation grew, the decision was made to build a new church rather than make any significant changes to the building and the Christian Reformed Church purchased the property for $40,000.
