This year's Indigenous Ministry Sunday (June 16, 2019) resources focus on Romans 12:6-10. We pray that we may learn to hold each other accountable, be devoted to each other in love, and honour one another above ourselves, both as families and communities that cross ethnic and cultural lines.

Indigenous Ministry Sunday provides an opportunity for everyone in Canada to learn more about Indigenous peoples, their cultures and to celebrate the gifts and richness that Indigenous people bring to life in Canada.

The CRC dedicates one Sunday every year both to recognize National Indigenous Peoples Day and to celebrate the Indigenous Ministry of the CRC. Bulletin covers and inserts dedicated to CRC Indigenous Ministry are available by request at www.faithaliveresources.org/aboriginal for use in conjunction with this national celebration. Please order these materials by May 1 to allow sufficient time to mail them to you.

To learn more about the work of the Canadian Aboriginal Ministry Committee that your offering on June 16 supports, browse this website or contact our Justice and Reconciliation Mobilizer, Shannon Perez, at sperez@crcna.org. More resources will be coming soon. In the meantime, check out last year’s resources, which could be adapted or re-used:
