Bivocational Growth Fellowship

Are you an ordained CRCNA pastor who is engaged in or considering bivocational ministry (any arrangement in which you gain financial support from more than one employer)? You may be eligible to participate in a new program designed to support your growth and well-being.

The Bivocational Growth Fellowship will provide financial assistance, training resources, and goal development support over a yearlong period. Together with key personnel and within a cohort of fellow pastors, you will develop a plan, receive vocational and financial coaching, pursue additional training and learning opportunities customized to your situation, and share experiences with your colleagues for mutual learning and growth.

By taking part in this Fellowship, you will be empowered to take steps toward long-term financial sustainability and vocational fit. We hope you consider whether this opportunity would benefit you.

For more information, please see this document.

Applications for the 2021 cohort are now closed. But watch for opportunities to learn from this Fellowship, coming soon. The application for the 2022 cohort will be available in late 2021.
