The next pastors' spouses' conference will be held April 21-23, 2010 at the Empire Landmark Hotel & Conference Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia. The theme for the event is Living Water. Our plenary speaker will be Mary Hulst, a CRC-ordained pastor and the newly appointed Chaplain of Calvin College.

Highlights of the event include:

Conference brochures will be mailed out in December and registration will begin on January 15, 2010.  Registration is limited to 100 CRC pastors’ spouses. Please do not contact our office prior to January 15 requesting to be registered. In order to be fair to all, we’re working with the January 15 date.

Travel scholarships will be available for those travelling more than 155 miles (250 kms), and will cover up to half of the travel expenses. They’ll be awarded in early March. Please note: We strongly discourage any travel arrangements (e.g.: flights) being made prior to receiving acknowledgement of your registration from the SPE office.

US spouses: You’ll be required to have a current passport in order to travel to Canada. If you don’t have one, please take care of this as soon as possible so you have the necessary documents in time for the conference.

Any questions can be sent to Holly Koons at hkoons@crcna.org or you may call us toll-free at (877) 279-9994 x4267. Please check back as additional event details will be posted here as soon as they‘re available.

"For the Many Hats You Wear"

2008 Pastors' Spouses' Conference
September 30 - October 2, 2008
Grand Rapids, MI

In the fall of 2008, 84 pastors' spouses gathered for a time of encouragement and renewal as we celebrated the "Many Hats" worn by pastors' spouses - the unique roles and responsibilities they balance in their marriage, family and ministry.
