For the Many Hats You Wear: a conference to nurture the heart of pastors’ spouses

The conference will be held in Grand Rapids, MI at the Prince Conference Center from September 30 – October 2, 2008. It’ll begin just after lunch on the 30th and will end after lunch on the 2nd.  The pastors’ spouses’ task force is currently hard at work getting all the details in place. Here’s what we know at this point:

• Ruth Vander Zee (FL) will be a speaker
• Ruth Ann Schuringa (ON) will led us in worship
• your hotel expense and most meals at the event will be covered by SPE
• registration will be $75
• we’ll offer travel scholarships for those who need assistance
• we’ll have break-out and plenary sessions
• we’ll have a panel discussion – the panel will be made up of pastors’ spouses
• you’ll be asked to bring a hat
• registration is limited to 150
• brochures with registration information will be mailed to all pastors’ spouses’ homes
• registration will have a start and ending date
• you’ll have fun, be encouraged, renewed, and refreshed!

Note that a second bi-national conference will be held in 2010.
