About ServiceLink
ServiceLink is the Volunteer Program of the Christian Reformed Church in North America. It’s aim is to connect people into hands-on opportunities of service and learning with the denomination’s agencies and partner organizations. Our staff can direct you to ministries that have a need for the kinds of gifts, skills and talents you have to offer. They can also assist those who are willing to serve but not sure how to go about that. A volunteer’s involvement is completely dependent upon their own preferences. You can volunteer for a few hours (in local communities), or for a few days, weeks, months or even years. Costs involved for participation vary with each opportunity and need. Staff will be able to provide details for specific project information. Opportunities are available for individuals, groups and families. Specific projects/ministries are in place that individuals can link into, but ServiceLink also works with people to develop “custom designed” assignments that match their skills to possible needs on the field. Above are some links that describe ServiceLink in more detail. Also, you may find some opportunities that will be right for you. Download the new ServiceLink Brochure here. You're encouraged to print copies for your church, or contact us to receive one. |
