When I heard about this bike tour, it immediately appealed to me for a variety of reasons: I love adventure and since high school have had a dream of taking some type of bike tour. I love my church—the CRCNA—and have worked for her for the last 25 years. This is such an exciting opportunity to be involved in a different way and to draw closer to God for the strength to keep biking each day. I have a passion for making a difference in the lives of the poor. God has given me the opportunity to work for CRWRC on the field and I would be thrilled to be part of this awareness and resource-raising effort. I like meeting people and doing things in groups. Biking with hundreds of people with a similar sense of adventure and vision to make a difference—what could be better than that?
