Who We Are

CRC Proservices exists to support the work of the agencies, churches, and members of the Christian Reformed Church by offering project managerment, design, and distribution services...so they focus on ministry.

As you can see from the list below, we provide services of all kinds. To contact us about a new project or to find out about an existing project, your best bet for a quick answer is by writing us here: proservices@crcna.org.

Project Management

We know that when you leave a project in our hands, you expect it to be done right, to your budget, and delivered on time. Dorothy Kuperus is Proservices' Operations Manager and is responsible for job planning, estimating, scheduling, and invoicing. We want your dollars to go as far as they can so we’re aggressive in our purchasing of materials, supplies, and subcontracted services. Purchasing is handled by Lisa Peacock and Jim Vanderwal.

Design

A group of very creative people staff a full–service design shop for your print, web, and multimedia needs. In addition to these fine folks, we maintain a large resource file of freelance creatives who can do just about anything you can dream up. We also handle the artist contract and copyright issues so you don’t have to. The Design department is managed by Dean Heetderks.

Digital Print

We provide mail and copy services as well as try very hard to keep up with Canada Post and the US Postal Service. Give us a call if you have a question about your mailings. We’ll connect you with an expert who can help. The Digital Print area is managed by Dorothy Kuperus.

Distribution

Once we’ve made it, where does it go? The distribution department provides order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and warehousing for the denomination. Distribution is managed by John Boers.

How does Proservices fit into the denominational structure? We're one of the denominational support services that reports to the office of Finance and Administration.
