Canada's Policy Centre for Victim Issues is part of the Department of Justice Canada and works to improve the experience of victims in the criminal justice system. You can visit their site for links to victim services across the country and other resources. Canada also has a National Office for Victims which offers victim resources, including this lengthy information guide to assist victims.

US

The Office for Victims of Crime is a program of the US Department of Justice and provides several resources for victims and victim advocates. Their Help for Victims page includes help and information for victims of numerous types of crime. Visit the Resource Center for a number of contacts to victim and victim advocate organizations.
