The CRC Loan Fund make mortgage loans to organized CRC churches for the purchase, construction, or improvement of church buildings and/or parsonages as well as for the purchase of land. The Loan Fund may also consider the refinancing of loans that churches may have with other lenders.

The Loan Fund offers both variable and fixed rate loans. The current variable rate is 6%. Churches interested in a fixed-rate loan should contact the Loan Fund for current rates. The Loan Fund charges no fees for its loans. A 1% commitment fee must be paid at the time a loan is approved but is refundable if the loan closes within the commitment period.
