All around the world, CRWRC's International Disaster Response team responds to natural and man-made disasters, bringing relief and aid to those who need it most. CRWRC works in cooperation with local and international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) in order to respond quickly and effectively to the urgent needs of a community.  Local expertise and knowledge provided by partners is invaluable to the work of CRWRC, especially where there are no CRWRC community development projects.

CRWRC receives significant financial support through its membership in the Canadian Foodgrains Bank (CFGB) and from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).

We are all connected. Just as the joys and struggles of a brother or sister affects the other siblings, the prosperity or poverty of one country affects everyone else in the global village.

The global food crisis connects us all. As food prices double in poor countries, 100 million more people are pushed deeper into poverty. At CRWRC we partner with the Canadian Foodgrains Bank (CFGB) in order to end hunger.
