Teaching Opportunities

If you're a teacher, you know that you have a unique calling.
But have you ever wondered if God might be calling you to
influence lives in another part of the world?

Christian Reformed World Missions works in partnership with a number of schools throughout the world. Although the individual schools are responsible for hiring teachers, CRWM comes alongside CRCNA members who are employed by these organizations by appointing these teachers as partner missionaries.

Below you will find a list of schools we have partnered with in recent years. Most international schools require teacher certification (with some exceptions) while organizations focusing on ESL teaching do not.

Academia Los Pinares- Tegucigalpa, Honduras
2009-2010 openings include secondary boys' PE teacher (available 1/1/10), substitute elementary computer teacher. Support positions include technology coordinator, staff support liason, girls' spiritual life assistant.

China - Placement of English teachers through several sending agencies. Teaching certification not required! Please e-mail Lorraine Woodward (lwoodward@crcna.org) for more information.

Christian Academy in Japan - Tokyo, Japan 
Part-time speech/language therapist needed.

Faith Academy- Manila, Philippines

Hillcrest Christian School - Jos, Nigeria
2009-2010 openings include hostel administrator (possible),  all-school computer support. Visit Hillcrest's website for possible 2010-2011 openings.

 

International School -Tegucigalpa, Honduras  

LCC International University -Lithuania
Current openings include  Social Sciences Department Chair, Business Administration Department Chair, Business, Philosophy, English, Economics, Conflict Studies 

Nicaragua Christian Academy - Managua, Nicaragua
Possible 2010-2011 openings include English-language computer teacher (Nejapa campus; starts 1/12/2010), kindergarten, high school English, ESL,  K-12 music/band.  

Quisqueya Christian School- Port au Prince, Haiti
2010-2011 openings include high school principal, elementary, middle and high school French teachers, computer technician.

Santiago Christian School - Santiago, Dominican Republic
