Sweet Corn Soup with Chicken


Guam

4 cups seasoned chicken broth
1 can (16 ounces) sweet corn
1 cup cooked chopped chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup coconut milk

Combine all ingredients in a pan except for coconut milk.  Bring to a boil.  Lower heat, simmer for 15 minutes.  Remove from heat and add coconut milk.  Stir well and serve.

Serves 4.
