Salsa

Honduras

4 tomatoes, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro
1/8 cup water, used as needed to dilute or make thinner
Mix all ingredients together. Serve over meat, with crackers, over rice, or with beans.
Serves 6.
