Cucumber Salad
4 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/3 cup peeled and diced green apple
3/4 cup non-fat sour cream
3/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh dill weed
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate covered, overnight. Serve cold.
Serves 8.
