As Director of Advancement Operations at CRWM, Lois does a wide variety of tasks that include:
- building relationships with missionaries and churches
- the assisting in production of promotional materials and advertisements
- managing the advancement proposals
- planning events and international tours
- speaking at churches and meetings
- talking with and visiting donors
