Christian Reformed World Missions partners with Barbara Van Straten, the elementary school principal at Dakar Academy in Dakar, Senegal. Dakar Academy is a college preparatory, co-educational boarding and day school program primarily for third culture kids (164 of its students, 79% of the student body, are missionary kids). The school provides education from kindergarten through grade 12. Dakar Academy's 245 students differ in nationality, personality, and culture.
