Ministry at a Glance

The Cambodian Church has grown dramatically during the recent years of relative freedom of worship and evangelism. Yet, this rapid growth of believers and churches presents disicpleship and leadership challenges. Many missions have attempted to respond to the need for leadership training through formal Bible schools and non-residential programs like Theological Education by Extension. However, the needs are still great and demand more holistic and sustainable leadership development approaches.

CRWRC is active in Cambodia in multiple ways including leadership training. The Timothy Institute is using its Timothy Leadership Training (TLT) program in Cambodia to train local leaders. Evangelical Fellowship of Cambodia (EFC) is hoping to establish an institute to train local leaders for holistic ministries. With these partnership potentials and contextual needs in mind, CRWM is discerning and seeking ways to contribute to the mission in Cambodia, especially in the area of Christian leadership development and ministry coordination.
