$10 US or $12 CDN.  (Includes shipping & handling.)

The Kit includes:

• One cookbook   
• Two Get Cooking! Posters   
• Two Get Cooking! Table Tents     
•  An easel for displaying your cookbook   
• The planning brochure
• Two sign-up sheets
• Two order submission forms
• A suggested bulletin announcement
• Two CRWM pens

2. Hold a fundraiser at your church and take orders for the cookbooks.  You don’t have to purchase the cookbooks in advance—so you have nothing to lose.

3. Submit your cookbook order to our distributor – Faith Alive Christian Resources.  (Contact information is included in the kit.)

4. The Get Cooking! Kit allows you to obtain the books for $5 US or $7 CDN each.  When your group offers them for a suggested donation of $10 US or $12 CAN or more, you can raise $5 or more for each book ordered.
