Delhi has a reputation for being a gang-ridden drug capital. While that is certainly one challenge in this town of 10,000, just as challenging is its lack of community. The town is divided into several distinct groups: commuters, Spanish speakers (60 percent of Delhi's population is Latino), youth, gangs and the poor. God has placed Church of the Cross here to connect these people to one another and build true community through Jesus.
