Story Hour

Story Hour is a Bible story curriculum for four through six-year-olds designed to introduce the young child to the truths of God's word. Trained leaders use a variety of age-appropriate activities to teach children the basics of the Christian faith. Each year the child will get an overview of the plan of salvation as God has revealed it in the Bible, beginning with creation, moving through stories of God's care in the Old Testament. They will learn of Jesus' birth, life, death and resurrection, and God's work in the world as the gospel message continued through the lives of New Testament believers. The curriculum is designed to be user-friendly to the leader, offering many choices of crafts, games, songs, finger plays, etc. Each story has at least two options for presentation with visuals, drama, puppets, etc.
