Basem and Wafa Qusous
Farmington, MI

Quaous family photoDearborn has an Arab population of approximately forty thousand people.  The surrounding area of Detroit has thousands more, making this the largest concentration of Arabs in the U.S.  In February 2004, Rev. Qusous, who was born in Jordan, started Christian worship services held at the Arab-American Friendship Center on Friday evenings.  At these services, he preaches the message in both Arabic and English.  Presently, Bridge of Life is being organized as a Christian Reformed congregation to form a spiritual family and to disciple the many people who have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
