Grant Funding

General Understandings

1. Campus ministry partnership grants are ordinarily administered in a three-year cycle.

2. A successful application for partnership funding from CRHM is based either on a feasibility study for a new missional opportunity, or is an application for a renewal of funding in which the missional endeavors of the past three years are reviewed and goals for the coming three years are presented.

3. Ordinarily, partnership funding runs from July 1 to June 30 and monies are distributed quarterly (July 15, Oct. 15, Jan. 15, April 15).

4. Partnership funding carries with it the obligation of regular ministry reporting. These include Annual Plans, Annual Review and Semesterly Reports along with corresponding Budget reports. Partnership funding may be suspended if the above are delinquent.

5. A general understanding of the nature and intent of these reports, the quantitative and interpretive interplay necessary to good accountability, is provided in the position paper "Stewards of the Mysteries."
