The ministry year is from July through June. Grant payments are made quarterly and usually distributed the 15th of July, October, January and April. Payment is dependent on timely reporting. Semester Reports, with accompanying financial statements, are due December 31 and April 30 and are to be sent to the HM Regional Leader (HMRL) and copied to the Educational Mission Leader (EML). The Fall Semester report covers September through December and the Winter Semester report covers January through April. On August 1, the Annual Review for the past year and the Annual Plans for the coming year are due to the HMRL and copied to the EML. The months not covered in the Semester report may be included in the Annual Review. A financial statement (Annual Review) and projection (Annual Plan) are also due at this time. Funding occurs normally in 3 year cycles. The beginning of a cycle requires the completion of the Partnership Assistance Funding Request form and the 3 year evaluation form. Due dates to the Classical Home Missions Committee, HMRL, and EML are noted on the form. Late applications may not be considered at that year's Board meeting.
