As a member of the Fanshawe campus ministry team, Kelly provides chaplain services to students, staff and faculty at the sprawling Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. Fanshawe has a full time student population of 16,000 making it one of the largest community colleges in Canada. Fanshawe offers opportunities for students to receive spiritual counsel, guidance and community building opportunities within the academic context in order to enhance and maintain their reformed world view in a decidedly secular environment.
