2. What are the key points of information that need to be communicated?

3. Who is the ultimate audience?

4. What are the needs, wants, or interests of the audience?

5. What is the desired outcome or action on the part of the audience?

6. What feeling or mood needs to be conveyed?

7. What is the correct balance of information versus motivation or inspiration?

8. Is there any market research which is relevant?

9. Under what conditions will the final product be used?

10. How many separate components will make up the final piece or project?

11. Is the weight or priority of importance established for each of the components?

12. Does the design need to be coordinated with any logos or other established brands?

13. Are there any size, color, or production limitations?

14. Are there any mailing or postal regulations?

15. What are the budget and schedule constraints?
