Manny and Blanca Ortiz and Randy and Sue Baker have been ministering together since 1973, planting churches in Chicago and Philadelphia.  As part of the vision to bring the gospel to the Philadelphia metropolitan area, the Lord has led Manny and Sue to co-direct the Philadelphia Initiative.

A large portion of Manny and Sue's responsibilities focses on mentoring and training emerging leaders and church planters.  They accomplish this through sessions with individuals and teams, formal class work and teaching at group meetings attended by church planters, interns and those anticipating future plants.
